Before launching Talent Potential, I worked at Microsoft, leading hiring strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I’ve built internship programs, hired graduates, trained hiring managers, and helped thousands of professionals take their next career step. But guess what? A little about me? I’m originally from the UK, but my career has taken me all over the world—living in the US, Australia, Singapore, and now Portugal. I’ve taken career leaps, changed directions, and even started my own business after being laid off. (Yep, I know what that feels like too.) When I’m not helping people land jobs, you’ll probably find me sailing, exploring new places, or hanging out with my family and our dog, Paddy.
