Hi, I’m Annabel (Belle to those who know me well). My passions include my two Labradors, Nala and Crumble, spending time with family and friends, walking on beaches, and enjoying musical theatre. I also love supporting and empowering Early Talent professionals.

My company, North Star Careers, was founded from my experience in Early Talent recruitment across various industries (retail, legal, professional services, consulting). I stay current with the latest insights in recruitment and career development by working on both sides of the table and am actively involved in live volume recruitment campaigns.
