Before creating you thrive, I worked across a variety of leadership roles within leading international food & drinks companies and on brands including Coca-Cola & Jack Daniel’s. I have a wealth of experience helping recruit, coach & develop talented people into and across successful businesses and I can help you too.

I also know what it's like leaving education and starting in the workplace for the first time. I have two daughters in their early 20s, figuring out how to take their first career steps and I have spent the past 4 years volunteering as a career coach to support school leavers.
