Hello, my name's Jane and I'm an experienced graduate recruiter and career coach, and I will offer you practical guidance and support to help you clarify and achieve your career goals. 

I have been a graduate recruiter for over 25 years. I started my career at global professional services firm PWC, and then spent 18 years as head of graduate recruitment and trainee development at legacy City law firm Nabarro (now CMS Cameron McKenna).

As well as all aspects of graduate recruitment, coaching individuals and seeing them develop and grow in confidence was hugely rewarding. I coached countless trainees through their two year training contract and, as they approached qualification, helped them navigate internal processes, prepare for interviews, and offered additional support for those not successful in gaining their qualification choices.

I set up my own consultancy business in January 2016 to pursue my two passions: graduate recruitment and early years career coaching. I assist organisations, large and small, to recruit the best future talent for their business. I also guide and coach young people, both school leavers and graduates, and equip them with the tools they need to find the right career for them.

I will tailor my approach to your needs, and can cover everything from CV preparation, completing application forms, how to conduct thorough research in your job search, how to identify your transferable skills, interview tips and practice, job hunting strategies, to assessment centre guidance and preparation.
